Kristen Lepore is currently head of development at Lemonada Media where she oversees a slate of ongoing shows and develops originals for the network.
Kristen has a background in investigative, narrative audio docs. Prior to Lemonada, She oversaw KCRW’s Independent Producer Project and Bodies podcast. Her team won a Third Coast Award in 2020 for their work on “Not This Again.” In a previous life, she wrote about Nice Guy Booty Calls.
Kristen is a Chicago native. She has a journalism degree from University of Missouri-Columbia.
